Dark circles around the eyes can be spoiling your whole look. So what do we do? Well, there are many easy ways to get rid of dark circles naturally at home. Here are a few of them:

  1. Almond oil

    Almond oil is very beneficial for the skin around your eyes. Regular usage of almond oil will help to reduce dark circles. You can use vitamin E oil along with it to eliminate dark circles under the eyes.

 

  1. Cucumber

    cucumber has astringent and skin lightening qualities. Cut a slice of cucumber, refrigerate it for half an hour and apply it on the eyes and leave it for 10 minutes. Do this twice daily and wash it off with water. See how effective it is.

 

  1. Raw potato

    raw potato has natural bleaching agents in it and when applied helps to lighten dark circles and reduces puffiness to the eyes. Grate a potato and take its juice on a cotton pad and apply it over the eyes. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off. Repeat twice daily and you can use potato slice too.

 

  1. Rose water

    rose water has mild astringent qualities and is a good toner. It helps to refresh the skin and rejuvenates tired eyes reducing dark circles. Soak cotton eye pads in rose water and apply twice daily for best results. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

 

  1. Tomato

    take a teaspoon of tomato juice and mix it with some lemon juice. Now apply it on the dark circle and leave it for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with water and do this twice daily for a few weeks. Drinking the tomato juice can also help along with lemon juice, salt and mint leaves.

 

  1. Lemon juice

    the vitamin C in lemon juice has skin lightening properties. Take some lemon juice in a cotton ball and apply it on the affected area. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash it off. Lemon juice can also be mixed with other ingredients to make packs to remove dark circles.
